"We are happy w ith the turnout of vot ers and although we ran unop posed, we're not any less ex c ited about the v ic to ry ," Schmidt said. "We plan to so l ic it ideas from the student body, since there weren 't other candidates, there w asn 't a chance to exchange ideas through the debate or cam paign." Schmidt continues, "We want to get as many people in volved as we can, so there w on't be a ticket running unop posed again. This is our num ber one priority ."
